Workers' Day 2024

The Migrant Hope Foundation and the Indian Community Relief Fund (ICRF) proudly celebrated the remarkable dedication of 25 South Asian laborers, each having devoted over 25 years of service to a single company in Bahrain. In partnership with the Labour Market Regulatory Authority (LMRA) and the International Organization for Migration (UN Migration), nearly 300 workers gathered to mark this memorable occasion, highlighting the invaluable contributions of Bahrain’s migrant workforce.

The event featured a session on managing personal finance and building financial resilience, led by the College of Business at the University of Technology Bahrain. Additionally, an essential briefing on human trafficking and available support services was jointly conducted by LMRA and IOM. Migrant Hope Foundation co-founders Dhruv Narayanan and Ethan Kochakkan also attended and volunteered their time, supporting this inspiring event. Migrant Hope Foundation is honored and proud to be part of such a meaningful gathering, standing together to celebrate the resilience and dedication of our South Asian workforce in Bahrain.
